Attempt to boot into safe mode resulting in same behavior.System restore to 3 different points which were all successful but then back to original issue.The system is a Windows 10 Dell Inspiron 22-3275 (All-In-One) Here's a list of everything I've tried: Long story short no matter what I do I cannot get the system to boot. No keyboard, no mouse, nothing (tried different peripherals etc.) I hard reset it and when it came back up it started with Preparing Automatic Repair and then started with Diagnosing your PC and results in Automatic Repair saying "Your PC did not start correctly" (gee thanks Microsoft). I got a call from an end-user saying that the system wasn't working properly and when I took a look at it, it seemed that it was completely locked up. I'm currently in the midst of dealing with a critical Dell system that is used for our school's main office visitor system.
